HI I'M SHARON!
Let me tell you about myself. I am a New Zealand born Cook Islander who now calls Australia home. In 2003, I moved from New Zealand to Brisbane, Australia where I live with husband, 2 children and grandchildren.
For over 30 years I worked in the Insurance Industry for a large corporate giant. As I approached retirement, I realised I needed to find a way to supplement my retirement nest egg. My husband, who has spend nearly 30 years in the construction industry, is starting to feel the effects of his physically demanding job and sports-related injuries from his youth. I wanted to create an income that would replace both of our earning and provide us with financial security.

WHY I MADE THE CHANGE: I was searching for a business that would offer financial freedom and flexibility. My daughter's sports activities take her across Australia and even overseas, and I wanted to have the freedom to travel and support her. Now, I work a couple of hours a day on my own business, which allows me to enjoy the benefits and rewards of my efforts.
MY JOURNEY: After 30 years in the Insurance Industry, I loved working with my colleagues but I knew I needed a more financially secure future. The corporate job kept me tied to a fixed place of business, and I wanted more freedom, especially to help my husband retire from his physically demanding job.
